They are a group of 15 men, among whom the general manager of Compa\u00f1\u00eda Minera del Pac\u00edfico (CMP), Francisco Carvajal, was selected, thanks to the work that the company has promoted to incorporate women into the organization.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8220;At CMP we have a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity, which is why we have actively promoted the incorporation of women in executive positions, so that it permeates the rest of the organization,&#8221; said Francisco Carvajal. Today the mining company has 40% of women in this type of positions, a figure that contrasts with 0% in 2019. Likewise, it has managed to reach 13.8% of female staff within the company, almost double that of the 2012-2018 period (7.4%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8220;We are very happy to be named ambassador.
